What we are — and what we are not

Albany Premier Bathroom Remodeling is a referral service. Homeowners tell us about their bathroom project, and we pass it to a local contractor who contacts them for an estimate.

We do not perform remodeling work, employ installers, hold contractor licenses or carry contractor insurance. The contractor you speak with is an independent business. They set their own prices, provide their own estimates and contracts, and are responsible for their work, permits, licensing and insurance.

Using this site is free for homeowners. We may be compensated by contractors for referrals; that never costs you anything and never obligates you to hire anyone.

Verify credentials

Ask for proof of any required licenses and of liability insurance. In Massachusetts, check Home Improvement Contractor registration and trade licenses.

Get it in writing

A written scope, price, payment schedule and timeline — and how changes will be handled once work starts.

Ask about permits

Confirm who pulls permits and schedules inspections for plumbing, electrical or structural work.
