Albany Premier Bathroom Remodeling operates albanypremierbathroomremodeling.com as a free referral service. We connect homeowners with independent local contractors. We are not a contractor, do not perform remodeling or construction work, and are not a party to any agreement between you and a contractor.
Contractors who contact you through this site are independent businesses. They are solely responsible for their estimates, pricing, contracts, workmanship, schedules, permits, inspections, licensing and insurance. We do not employ, supervise or guarantee any contractor, and a referral is not an endorsement.
Submitting a request does not obligate you to hire anyone. You may decline any estimate.
Information on this site — including descriptions of services, cost drivers, timelines and permit requirements — is general information, not professional, legal or engineering advice. Rules and requirements change; confirm them with your local building department and your contractor.
The site and our referral service are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, a contractor’s work or conduct, or any agreement between you and a contractor.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle the information you submit.
